Most of us feel pretty beneficial, because deep down this is an attribute we all strive for. These individuals are seen as "islands of paradise" in an ocean of worry, doubt, fear and anxiety perpetrated by the media and people with a negative mental attitude. Now that we have a working definition of "Supreme Self-Confidence" how do we cultivate it in our lives?

1) The initial step is understanding precisely who you are in terms of:

a)Your values, beliefs and philosophy of life

b)Your perceived strengths and weaknesses in the main aspects of your life such as your health, relationships, organization, career, and overall personality traits etc.

2) The second step is to clearly know what you want. Most of us set goals based on what we feel we can do, or what we know we can do, and not what we genuinely want. We will need to have a clear purpose that can be emotionalized to serve as our foundation for creating Supreme Self-Confidence.

3) The third step is to understand that thoughts are issues and they need to observed and respected. Based on addressing the very first two steps our thoughts have to have to be written down. The process assists to clarify your thinking to make certain you develop a laser like focus that is required to obtain your objectives.
